Cable breakage in Järfälla Stockholm

Due to a cable breakage in Järfälla stockholm the internet connection was lost and all servers where not able to connect to internet. The complex break made it a really big incident and failover internet and our other datacenter where also affected. At 18:00 we moved some of our servers to a new location and regained connectivity to internet and could serve files to our CDN's again. We are looking into switching internet-contractor due to this issue where the traffic was not able to be rerouted. Contact our support team for more detailed information and to gain access to our internal incident reports.

CDN is undergoing emergency maintenance

All customers will be affected, our underpinning contractors POP in Amsterdam will undergo emergency maintenance during the night. The maintenance will reduce quality in the performance of content delivery.
