Problem

The video gets distorted after approximately 20 minutes of playback. This is due to a combination of Adobe Flash Player and certain graphics cards.

Solution

This problem can be resolved by disabling hardware acceleration in Adobe Flash Player. Follow the simple instructions below.

  1. Right click in the video player where the distorted video is playing.
  2. Select Settings from the context menu that appears.
  3. This brings up the Adobe Flash Player settings popup box.
  4. Select the Display tab in the settings box. This tab is often pre-selected when opening the settings box for the first time.
  5. Find the check box labeled "Enable hardware acceleration" and uncheck the check box.
  6. You are done.
Video playback should work fine after completing these steps. Don't hesitate to contact us if you are still experiencing playback problems.
